Great place for a short stay in Kirkwall
Positive: Well-equipped and spacious for 2 people, great location close to the heart of Kirkwall. Host provided milk and biscuits on our arrival, which was a really nice touch.
Negative: Main room was initially cold and seemed to take hours to warm up.

Great stay
Positive: Fab location, comfortable and well equipped. Big comfy bed and very modern bathroom and kitchen area.
Negative: Had birds nesting outside front door so had to run the gauntlet each time we came in or out of the front door!

We had a lovely stay and felt very safe & secure in the Little House
Positive: Liked the location of the house very much. Easy walking round Kirkwall town centre and local shops.
It was very comfortable and clean.
Negative: It was lacking fresh towels, tea towels, toilet rolls and complimentary shower/shampoo.

Very close to the Main Street and Restaurants of Kirkwall.
Our host was kind and keen to help with anything. There were appropriate instructions regarding heating/equipment.
